Our Services
General Service / Repair
We offer comprehensive CNC repair services for a variety of brands including Fadal, Haas, and Richmill, specializing in Fadal CNC components. Our services include the replacement of ball screws, AC and DC motors, and inverters such as AMC or Baldor. We also provide updates for Pozi Drive Belt Systems and offer both software and hardware upgrades. Additionally, we can enhance your cooling system and install 4th & 5th axis options, as well as rigid tapping installations if desired. We emphasize preventive maintenance, including the installation of indexers and the cutting and scrapping of tables.
Preventative Maintenance Service Package - $800
Begin your CNC repair services by removing all covers from the machine. Next, check the 16 points from the lube system, including the head, saddle, and table. Ensure to check and adjust the backlash while also examining the play of the X, Y, and Z ball screws by pushing and pulling. Inspect the idlers for both the High and Low Range, and verify that all springs on the drawbar are functioning properly. It's essential to inspect the functions of the coolant system and clean the filter as part of your preventive maintenance routine. Additionally, inspect all sensors, belts, and pulleys, and remove the gibs and straps for cleaning and inspection. Don't forget to check the turcite on the head, saddle, and table. After cleaning, re-install the gibs and straps and adjust them accordingly. Re-level the machine and check the tool changer function, ensuring everything is in order. Furthermore, re-balance amplifiers from the signal, balance, and compensation, and re-adjust the click card. Lastly, check spindle sweep and table flatness to maintain the quality of your Fadal CNC components.
