Preventative Maintenance Service Package - $800
- Remove all covers from machine
- Check 16 points from lube system, from head, saddle & table
- Check & adjust the backlash
- Check the play of the X, Y, & Z balls crews by push & pull
- inspect idlers for the High & Low Range
- Check all springs on drawbar
- Inspect functions of the coolant system * clean the filter
- Inspect all sensors, belts & pulleys
- Remove gibs & straps, clean & inspect them
- Inspect turcite on the head, saddle, & table
- Re-install gibs & straps & adjust them
- Re-level machine & check tool changer function
- Re-balance amplifiers from the signal, balance * compensation
- Re-adjust the click card
- Check spindle sweep & table flatness
